My approach centers around the Workout Mentality. I’m a personal trainer for corporate athletes, helping you build the mental muscles you need to thrive. Through specific guidance and proven routines, you’ll develop your interpersonal effectiveness, influence, leadership, self‑organization, communication, time management, motivation, and goal‑setting. You’ll put in the reps that lead to meaningful, intentional, and sustainable growth.

I have over 30 years of experience in big tech and 25 years coaching professionals, from junior engineers to senior managers. My performance reviews regularly praised my high emotional intelligence, initiative, and human-first leadership. As your coach, I will be your advocate and your confidante; everything we share is strictly between the two of us. As a neutral party, I can help you work through challenging and delicate situations to find win-win solutions that increase earned trust.
