Hello, I am Jeff Bogdan. Over the course of my 33-year Microsoft career, my most treasured experience was the managing, mentoring, and coaching of thousands of employees. That is the motivation behind me choosing my second career as a Professional Coach, dedicated entirely to helping individuals tackle their greatest challenges and increase their impact.
