Hello, I’m Jeff Bogdan. Across my 33‑year career at Microsoft, the experiences I valued most were the managing, mentoring, and coaching of thousands of colleagues. I am committed to a “forever student-teacher” philosophy, combining lifelong learning with a drive to absorb, synthesize, and share.

I am a personal trainer for corporate athletes
Both my mom and my dad modeled a life of service. Virginia Tech, my college, strengthened that message with its “Ut Prosim” motto: “That I may serve.” With those teachings from my parents and my university, the choice for my second career became obvious: I am a Professional Coach.
